All HARLO Shoes feature a soft and luxurious leather sole, and may feature a protective plastic film. This film must be REMOVED when you decide to keep the shoes, before your first wear.
Shipping and Returns
BEFORE YOU TRY ON YOUR SHOES
- HARLO Shoes feature a luxurious leather sole and should only be tried on with clean feet and on a clean, dry towel.
- Follow the care card instructions included in the shoe box.
- Contact HARLO within 48 hours for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, providing photos and relevant details.
- Protective film on soles can be removed ONLY when you decide to keep the shoes.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- HARLO Australia offers Australian-wide shipping with Australia Post.
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days; express shipping takes 1-3 days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on Australia Post.
- Delays may occur during peak periods (Sales, Christmas, Easter, public holidays).
- HARLO is responsible for your order until delivery.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- If not home, a card will be left for rescheduling delivery.
- Uncollected parcels returned to HARLO incur a $20 re-stocking and shipping fee.
- Order confirmation and tracking number are sent after purchase.
AUSTRALIAN RETURNS
- Returns must be authorised by HARLO support team which should be contacted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Full-priced items must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- Sale items must be returned within 21 days and qualify for store credit only.
- Late returns will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Shoes must be returned unworn, unmarked, and with original packaging.
- A $50 cleaning fee may apply for returns not in perfect condition.
- Refunds are not issued for worn or damaged shoes.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
- International orders require customers to cover customs, duties, and taxes.
- HARLO Shoes does not offer direct exchanges for International orders. You may return the shoes for refund, then, place another order for the shoes desired.
- Please note, all return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, including the shipping cost of sending the new order out to you.
